Daily process for Avvail reservations

We highly recommend following these 4 steps on a daily basis to ensure all Avvail reservations are processed properly. 

In order to complete your seat commitment and refresh your restaurant's funding through Avvail, it is crucial that all reservations are properly processed and recorded. To stay on top of this, we recommend following these 4 easy steps on a daily basis. 

DAILY PROCESS

1. Check the Reservations tab of your dashboard for new pending reservations. 

You will also receive new reservations via a Daily Reservation Summary email. For more information on how you will receive incoming reservations, refer to this support article

2. Add new reservations to your TMS.

3. Remove any canceled reservations from your TMS.

4. At the end of service, mark any no-shows or party size changes before 3AM. 

Reservations will be auto-completed and locked each night at 3AM, so you'll need to mark no-shows and party size changes nightly. For more information on completing reservations, refer to this support article
