Adding reservations to SevenRooms
To add a reservation to SevenRooms, add the details from Avvail to a new reservation.
STEPS TO ADD RESERVATIONS TO SEVENROOMS
1. Launch SevenRooms and navigate to the Booking Module page.
2. Click Add Reservation.
3. Enter the reservation details based on the Avvail reservation details.
You can view the Avvail booking details in your dashboard in the Accepted tab of the Incoming Reservations page or via the Calendar page.
4. If using Access Rules for Avvail reservations (highly recommended), click Show Access Rules and select the appropriate Audience.

5. Select the reservation time based on the Avvail reservation details.
6. Enter the guest's name and click "Add as New Client."
Enter the avvail.id email address and +1 (212) 589-8654 as the phone number.
NOTE: This phone number is the Avvail customer service line, but a phone number is required to create a contact in SevenRooms. Using this number will make it easy to identify Avvail guests in the future.

7. If using Reservation Tags for Avvail reservations, select the appropriate Tag.

Finalize the reservation and accept it in your Avvail dashboard.
