What does my agreement commit my venue to?

Your agreement stipulates that a certain number of seats be made available for Avvail bookings in exchange for capital.  

While each venue's agreements may vary, all agreements stipulate the following: 

  • Number of seats available per night

  • Days of the week available for booking 

  • Timeframe available for booking

  • Booking window

  • Cancellation notice

  • Upfront cash payment amount 

The details of your agreement can be found in the Table Allocations tab of all Admins' restaurant dashboard.

All reservations are offered via the booking websites of Avvail's corporate partners. Per the terms of your Agreement, your venue is committed to accommodating all reservations that are made within the booking window. 

However, Admins have the ability to customize Table Allocations to ensure that table availability fits the needs of your particular operation. For more information on how to customize table allocations, refer to this support article

Once all of your committed seats have been filled, your venue is eligible to receive a capital refresh. 

All Avvail guests are subject to the standards you hold for all of your guests (e.g. grace period, late cancellations, dress codes). We do highly recommend stipulating these requirements in your Venue Profile and/or Messaging so that the guests are aware of your restaurant's standards before arrival.
