Your Agreement stipulates that a certain number of seats be made available for Avvail reservations each night. The seat number, days of the week, and timeframe cannot be adjusted, but you can choose the arrangement of your table allocations by following these instructions.
There will be default allocations set for you, but you are always free to make adjustments. Kindly keep us updated on any changes by emailing support@avvail.com.
STEPS TO SET TABLE ALLOCATIONS
1. Navigate to the Table Allocations page on the Settings tab of your dashboard.
2. Review your seat commitments.
3. Choose an arrangement of 2-tops and 4-tops that adds up to your total number of seats per night by entering the number of each table size at the time you would like to offer them.
For the time being, only 2-tops and 4-tops can be made available. Your chosen table allocation will apply to all of the days committed in your Agreement.

Also keep in mind that you are obligated to fulfill all reservations made within the booking window of your agreement. No reservations will be made within 72 hours of the reservation time, and if your restaurant is closed for a holiday or buyout you can create a blackout date to block reservations. 4. Click "Update Table Allocations" to confirm your changes.
You can make changes to your arrangement any time, but they will take 24 hours to be reflected.
