Are we required to accommodate large parties?
No. You will only receive 2-top and 4-top reservations.
If you commit to 10 seats per day, you might wonder whether this requires you to accommodate large parties of up to 10 guests at once, which your restaurant may not be set up to handle.
With Avvail, you will only receive 2-top or 4-top reservations. It is possible that a party arrives with fewer or more guests than expected. In these cases, you are not required to seat extra guests or adjust for smaller parties. For smaller parties, you will still be credited the full seat fees for the reservation. For larger parties, all seated guests are eligible for seat fees.
