In the event that a party does not show up for their reservation, your restaurant will still be credited for the number of guests on the reservation. To let us know that the party no-showed, click the pink clock icon when completing the reservation in your dashboard.
Please mark all no-shows before 3AM as all reservations will be auto-completed and locked at this time.

If the party is late to the reservation and you must give their table away, you have the right to mark them as a "No Show" in your dashboard as long as they arrive outside of your designated grace period.
