In the event that a party does not show up for their reservation, your restaurant will still be credited for the number of guests on the reservation. To let us know that the party no-showed, click "No Show" when completing the reservation in your dashboard. For more information on completing reservations, refer to this support article.
If the party is late to the reservation and you must give their table away, you have the right to mark them as a "No Show" in your dashboard as long as they arrive outside of your designated grace period.
