Receive, Process and Close a Reservation
STEPS TO RECEIVE, PROCESS, AND CLOSE A RESERVATION
- Enter the Reservation Into Your TMS:
- After receiving a reservation from Avvail in your Avvail dashboard, find the reservation email address (usually from an @Avvail.id domain). Then enter the reservation into your table management system (TMS).

If using Resy, add the reservation using the “Booking on Behalf Of” process and include all required guest details and notes. - OpenTable instructions

- Confirm entry into TMS:
- After entering into your TMS, revert back to your Avvail dashboard and by viewing the Pending tab, mark the reservation has been entered by clicking on the check mark next to the guest name.
- Complete each Reservation:
- At the end of service, confirm that all reservations for the day have been properly entered and fulfilled so payouts can be processed.
- Log in to the Avvail Dashboard and navigate to past reservations that are still marked as incomplete.
- Open each incomplete reservation and click either “Complete”, "No-Show" or "Cancel" to officially close the reservation and trigger payment. Enter any important notes about the guest or the experience to communicate with the Avvail team.
