Restaurant Setup – Avvail as Concierge in ResyOS

Step 1: Restaurant to Add Avvail as Concierge Partner

  1. Log in to ResyOS Portal.

  2. Go to Settings → Integrations → Concierge Access.

  3. Select “Add Concierge Partner”.

  4. Enter:

    • Partner Name: Avvail (under email account support@avvail.com if needed)

    • Tag/Label: “Avvail Concierge” (this ensures bookings show with a badge).

  5. Save changes.


Step 2: Configure Concierge Inventory

  1. Navigate to Shifts → Inventory Settings.

  2. For each service, set aside Concierge Tables:

    • Define party sizes allowed (e.g., 2, 4, 6).

    • Assign time slots (e.g., early turn 6–7:30 pm, late turn 8–9:30 pm).

    • Set cover caps per shift (e.g., 4 concierge covers per night).

  3. Apply blackout dates (holidays, private events, peak nights).


Step 3: Apply Policies

  1. Confirm cancellation and no-show rules — these apply automatically to concierge bookings.

  2. Share any special seating notes (e.g., patio only, no large parties) with Avvail.


Step 4: Test & Go Live

  1. Verify that concierge tables appear with an “Avvail Concierge” tag in the ResyOS dashboard.

  2. Confirm staff knows how to spot concierge bookings.

  3. Notify Avvail that inventory is active.
