Daily process for Avvail reservations

We highly recommend following these 4 steps on a daily basis to ensure all Avvail reservations are processed properly. 

In order to complete your seat commitment and refresh your restaurant's funding through Avvail, it is crucial that all reservations are properly processed and recorded. To stay on top of this, we recommend following these 4 easy steps on a daily basis. 

DAILY PROCESS

1. Check the Incoming Reservations tab of your dashboard for new pending reservations.

2. Add new reservations to your TMS and confirm by clicking the check mark.

3. Remove any canceled reservations from your TMS and confirm by clicking the check mark.

4. At the end of service, complete each reservation with party size and notes.
