Booking Avvail Reservations in ResyOS

Step 1: Add Avvail to Your Guest Book

• Open the ResyOS app.

• Navigate to your Guest Book.

• Create a new guest profile named Avvail.

• Use Avvail’s dedicated phone number: 212-589-8654.

• Save this profile for consistent use with all Avvail bookings.

Step 2: Use the "Book on Behalf" feature for entering Avvail Guest reservations

• Open the Booking Module.

• Select the date, party size, time, and table type.

• On the right-hand side, enter and select the Avvail profile.

• Tap the three vertical dots next to the Avvail profile.

• Select “Book on Behalf of”.

• Type the Avvail guest's name to appear on the reservation. Tap “Create Guest”.

• Enter only the Avvail.id email address from your Avvail dashboard (do not enter an individual guest phone number).

Step 3: Finalize the Reservation

• Confirm details are correct.

• Complete the booking by tapping “Reserve”.

• The reservation will display the actual guest's name, with the reservation contact listed as Avvail.
