Avvail Concierge Instructions for Booking Partner Reservations on Resy

Avvail Concierge Booking Workflow

Step 1: Intake Guest Request

• Collect guest name, party size, preferred time.

• Confirm any notes (allergies, occasion).

Step 2: Log into Concierge Portal

1. Access Resy Concierge Portal using Avvail login. (support@avvail.com)

2. Select the restaurant from the Resy network.

Step 3: Search Availability

1. Choose party size.

2. Select desired date + time range.

3. The system will show only tables allocated to Avvail.

Step 4: Confirm & Book

1. Select available slot.

2. Enter guest details:

   • Name, phone, email.

   • Notes (allergies, VIP flag).

3. Confirm reservation.

4. Reservation posts directly into the restaurant’s ResyOS dashboard with “Avvail Concierge” tag.

Step 5: Confirm Reservation in the Avvail Dashboard

• Confirm booking confirmation through Avvail platform.
